Do you ship globally?
Yes we ship worldwide, using the Royal Mail and UK Mail within the UK and international couriers such as DHL, UPS & Fed Ex. We process all orders within 2 working days. For more information regarding prices, please see the Shipping information section on each product page.

If customs are charging extra for the shipment of my order, is it up to me to pay?
If your address is not witin the EU then you may incur customs charges and unfortunately Shore Projects does not pay for them.


Do you have any stockists?
We sell our full range at and at various other stockists online and in stores the UK. Email for more information. Products bought from other stockists will affect the full product warranty.


How do I return my product?
From receipt of your items, you have 21 days to return them and we will provide you with a full refund. The refund can only be given if your items are returned in as good as new condition.

Please send your return items to Shore Projects Returns, Units 2C + 2D Gatwick Gate Ind. Estate, Charlwood Road, Lowfield Heath, Gatwick, RH11 0TG, United Kingdom. Be sure to include a note with your name, email address and order number.


What currency can I pay in?
All orders are processed in USD. However, if you are buying from overseas then your bank will automatically convert this into your currency.
