A simple breakfast rich in antioxidants, fiber and nutrients

INGREDIENTS

    • 2t Gotcha Whisk Matcha Cafe Grade Matcha Tea
    • greek yogurt
    • organic blueberries
    • walnuts or almonds
    • tangerine slices
    • flax seed oil or maple syrup

    Soak 2-3 Tbsp of chia seeds in filtered water for about ten minutes. When done, the seeds will have absorbed all the liquid and the result is a pudding-like texture. Now blend with your favorite ingredients
